11/07/2012 3rd stage: neumarkt - erlangen 96.2 km

Wake up call alwys @ 6.00 am
with a not very relaxing night in the smallest tent ever ( i think that Sektor can remember a night in Nederland victims of the waterkites with that tent)... Start delayed because of the rain, but after 30 min waitin, our legs were already moving by themselves, so we decided to leave... And exactly after one hour of rain the sun was shining... Stage always along the channels: mainly flat with a couple of short "cotes" that destroyed our mozzarella cheese legs. Lunch time in Nurnberg with sandwhich without even taking off the gloves..new pair of shoes bought in the town ( my idea of havin high heels shoes for cycling was not really appropriate); my life has changed from that moment onwards.
Final part of the stage not easy with the problems of finding the camping in Erlangen... Problem solved in the end and toasted with a couple of beers..(great, after 100km by bike after one beer you are completely drunk..).
For the first time no wurstel 4 dinner...i feel kind of empty though...
Last consideration about the number of people met on the road: huge, of all sexes and all ages, cycling up and down on the channels...what a civilizated population!!!
